Relatively thin, clear porcelain. Glaze slightly greenish. Very squat foot, gilded. Wide bowled, with 6 indentations around gilded rim. Patterned al over in deep pink enamel, extensively gilded. Ring handle, with relief mouldin and gilding. Handle used by Minton. Gilded scroll inside edge. Nairn number C 39. Nairn thought Derby, of the Bloor period, but may also be second period (i post 1825) Minton. No pattern or factory mark. Ref.
