Cup. Greenish glaze. Closed circle handle. Some of pattern base in underglaze blue, built up with enamel and gilded. Hand painted enamel addition in yellow (thistle heads?) and green. Nairn described as "Gawdy Welsh". This w a form of decoration, normally on early 19th C. earthenware, made as cheap imitation of Japanese Imari. No marks.
