a) Obv: Brittania seated in centre with sword and staff and globe with Australia showing. Arch over figure with each state and date of foundation and 'UNITY IS STRENGTH' & 'FEDER/ ATION/ 1901.'
Around edge: 'ADVANCE AUSTRALIAN COMMONWEALTH.'
Reverse: Bust in centre with 'LORD HOPETOUN, FIRST GOVERNOR-GENERAL' around and 'IN COMMEMORATION OF FEDERATED AUSTRALIA 1 JAN. 1901' around edge.
b) Obverse: Building in centre with Swan over 'PERTH' above & 'WESTERN AUSTRALIA' below 'CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL' around edge.
Reverse: 'TO COMMEMORATE/ THE OPENING BY THE/ HON NEWTON J MOORE CMG/ PREMIER OF/ WESTERN AUSTRALIA/ JUNE 30th 1909'.
c) Obverse: 2 bars 'FEAR GOD AND/ HONOR THE KING' with strip of red, white and blue ribbon. Medal. heads of King George V & Queen Mary with 'KING GEORGE V & QUEEN MARY' around edge.
Rev: Swan over 'WESTERN AUSTRALIA' with 'TO COMMEMORATE THEIR MAJESTIES CORONATION JUNE 22 1911
