Round, flat, metal medal, attached by metal ring to horizontal bar, which is attached to blue, white, and red ribbon with another horizontal bar at the top. Medal attached to bar through round metal ring. Busts of King George V and Queen Mary wearing crowns on obverse. ‘KING GEORGE V & QUEEN MARY’ in raised lettering around busts. ‘STOKES’ in small raised lettering underneath busts. Raised black swan with ‘WESTERN AUSTRALIA’ in raised lettering underneath on reverse. ‘TO COMMEMORATE THEIR MAJESTIES' CORONATION JUNE 22, 1911/WESTERN AUSTRALIA’ around border. ‘FEAR GOD AND’ in relief on top bar. ‘HONOR THE KING’ in relief on bottom bar. Thin, round, metal, pointed pin attached through round metal loop on top bar.
