Pale yellow frock. Low neck, high waist. Gauze folds on bodice. Short puff sleeves with long gauze sleeve over, finished with satin ribbon in diamond pattern. Satin edged gauze "petals" in 3 layers above padded hem. Slight train. Ref: N. Bradfield, 'Costume in Detail', pp. 143-4.
