Brown felt head and hands, green felt mouth, yellow wool pom-pom on head. Red/black/white 'dress' and white cotton collar. White buttons for eyes and black felt pupils. Slit in mouth to put finger through for tongue. Probably also a muppet character - see CH79.350.
