Brown silk cover with blue stripes. Black fringe, c12cm long. Dome shaped. Brown varnished wooden stick, collapsible; brass tube. Handle continuous with stick. Ivory ferrule, 2.3cm long. Brown fringe below ferrule, c9cm long. Inner ribs metal, outer wood, rib tips continuous (wood).
