CHINESE ROBE

a) Dark blue silk kimono-style chinese robe. b) Sash belt, dark blue cotton fabric is interleaved between the silk outside & the lining. Hem is padded. Sleeves & front panels embroidered in gold thread with a vine decoration. On back is embroidered also in gold thread, a peacock with the eyes & tail feathers in silver thread. Sash belt has silk fringing on the ends and gold embroidery .
