Circular badge with black enamel background and gold gilt finish raised rim. Red enamel oval in centre with text 'BSA' in yellow enamel, winged shape to left of letter 'B'. White enamel segmented points radiating out of central oval shape with a longer point at eight evenly spaced points. Black enamel background around white points. Two circular holes on bottom edge to the left and right of centre. Reverse: gold gilt finish, text 'SHERIDAN/ PERTH' in outlined boxes above and below brooch fixing, no pin or catch attached.
