Five-leafed clover shaped badge with white enamel background and gold gilt detailing. Shield motif in centre of badge with green, white and red vertical stripes in arrangement of Italian flag, hawk or eagle motif overlying flag with black and white enamel soccer ball held in claws, text 'EFTSC' at bottom. Rectangular black enamel banner at top of shield with text reading 'TRICOLORE'. Two laurel branches on either side of the shield. Green enamel curved banner at bottom with text 'EXECUTIVE MEMBER'. Gilt edge circular hole at top centre with gold gilt finish pendant ring looped through. Reverse: textured gold gilt finish, text 'SHERIDAN/ WEST. AUST.', no fixing attached.
