Circular badge with pendant loop at top centre. Red enamel border around outer edge of badge with gilt text 'MAYORAL CENTENARY/ 1886 - 1986'. Border encircles cream enamel background, light blue and red enamelled shield in centre with town of Geraldton coat of arms and light blue double segmented banner below with text 'TOWN OF GERALDTON/ WESTERN AUSTRALIA'. Reverse: gold gilt finish, text 'Sheridan/ Perth' in centre, no fixing present.
