Green enamelled cross in background. Encircled by red and black enamelled border with text 'WESTERN COLLERIES MINES RESCUE/ MEMBER/ COLLIE, W.A.' . Reverse: 'SHERIDAN/ PERTH', double brooch fixing with no pin. [.2] pre-enamelled badge, same design as [.1] has been stamped and clipped but no enamel applied and no gilt finish. Reverse: 'SHERIDAN/ PERTH', double brooch fixing with no pin.
