DOLL, 1890s jointed celluloid body, bisque painted face, long brown curly hair, dressed in cream lace petticoat and lacy bootees, no maker's mark, possibly French

DOLL, swivel, bisque head, painted face with blue, sleeping glass eyes and wig of long auburn- brown curly hair. The open mouth has four upper teeth. Pierced ears with drop pearl earrings. Composition body with wooden joints at hands and hips, and wooden ball joints at elbows and knees. Elastic threaded to joints internally. Nails on hands and feet painted finely in red. Dress (of a later date) cream lace, sleeveless with scoop neck and two plastic buttons in front. Skirt is in panels & scalloped at the hem line, which ends at the knees. The waist is defined and tied on with a twisted pink cord. Hand crocheted, lacy booties with cord tie
