1. Brown cardboard, rectangular base of box, with four metal staples each short end.2. Brown cardboard rectancular lid to fit base The lid has a label 'Exquisite/TRADE MARK' diagnonally stuck on it. One side has a sample button sewn with cotton on it and 'BLACK VEST' written in ink and pencil along side it. The opposite side has a label with 'Moulded Buttons/Line...Color...Contents' printed in black on it. Handwritten in pencil 'R.E. /23...BLACK...24 ?/ . Remnants of sticky tape are stuck on the long sides which correspond with those on the base.3. Base contains multiple black vest buttons (waistcoat buttons) with four-way holes for attachment and a raised rim on the edge.
