Small rectangular wooden block with metal plate nailed in four corners to wood. Plate features scroll with initials 'C.T.C.' and above a an image of a swan with reeds and a bird (kookaburra?) sitting atop a branch; in centre what appears to be a Xanthorrhoea plant or 'grasstree'. ('C.T.C.' was probably a training college).
