Four identical sheets of writing paper used by Australian service men and women in WWII to write home. Background colour is buff, black lines, and red and black print. Top left hand corner has logo of red six pointed star with 'ACF' in centre and 'AUSTRALIAN COMFORTS FUND' in red banner underneath. Top right hand corner has logo of outline map of Australia with red inverted triangle with 'YMCA' superimposed and 'AUSTRALIAN YMCA' in black banner underneath. 'YMCA' = Young Men's Christian Association. At the top between the two logos: 'USE OFFICIAL ADDRESS ONLY/ From No..../ Name..../ Unit of Group..../ Date....'. At the bottom: 'WRITE HOME FIRST!/ In your letter do not refer to: The Name of your Transport, or any other Transport in your/ Convoy: Dates of Sailing: Ports of Call: Destination: Description of Troops or any other/ information which, if intercepted, will be of value to the enemy.'
