Rectangular poster, brown background with two skeletons, one white, one black, depicted lifting a square red object from the floor. White skeleton is bending its back whose vertebrae are reading `OOOOUCHOOO'. Black skeleton is bending knees. Top of poster reads `a bent back is a weak back'. Bottom of poster reads `bend your knees/keep your back straight/NATIONAL SAFETY COUNCIL OF AUSTRALIA 2149' NSCA logo in bottom left hand corner. Displayed at factory to encourage worker safety.
