Rectangular light blue, brown and white poster, roughly divided into halves. Both depict outline of a figure showing main bones and lifting a rectangular weight. The top figure is in the wrong lifting position superimposed over a crane. Caption reads `YOUR BACK/IS NOT A CRANE' Lower figure is lifting with bent knees and straight back. Caption reads `LEGS ARE DESIGNED/FOR LIFTING' Below `NATIONAL SAFETY COUNCIL OF AUSTRALIA'. NSCA logo in left corner, and number `2145' in right corner. On wall at factory.
