[.a] Rectangle of lightweight cardboard printed on one side in white on black background. At top of card: 'STOPLEAKS/ FOR LEAKY/ POTS AND PANS', and across bottom: 'MANUFACTURED BY ROSS CHEMICAL CO., SYDNEY'. Centre of card has a large and a small circular disc of metal held on card with a small screw and washer. The medium sized central one is missing.
[.b] Rectangle of pink lightweight cardboard with black print across the short end at top: 'SUPERIOR/ POT/ MENDER'. Card has 3 metal discs in graduated sizes fixed to the card with small screws and nuts. The smallest disc at the top also has a small metal spanner held under the screw for tightening the nuts in place after inserting over the hole in the saucepan or kettle to be mended. The discs between comprise 3 pieces, 2 metal discs with a cork insert in between. It is presumed that this form a sandwich over the inside and outside of the pot though which side the cork goes on is not known.
