HAIR CURLER
H1990.253
Hair curler is made up of 2 parts. There is a thin tube with numerous small holes in it, a strip of metal with holes attached to the bottom of the tube that rotates freely and fits against the tube; and a piece of wire that loops around the top of the tube. The metal strip is attached to the bottom of the tube by this wire. Hair is wound over the tube, the strip of metal is placed over the hair and fastens the curler. This is managed via 2 v-shaped indentations in the wire that clip into 2 grooves on opposite sides of the tube. The curler would most likely be applied to wet hair hence the prescence of the holes which would allow excess moisture to escape and allow the hair to dry.
