SPIRIT LEVEL

Small wooden spirit level, with metal plate at top, covering the glass tube, which holds the liquid. On the metal plate, it is stamped 'F.P. LOW PTY LTD', one side of the tube. The other 'WARRANTED/ CORRECT'. The metal plate is attached by 8 screws. On two sides of the level, there is a carved channel 14 cm in length. At one end a hole has been drilled. The level determines horizontally by the position of the small space not filled with alcohol in the closed glass tube.
