a. Magazine with "AUSTRALASIAN / PRINTER / AUGUST 1976" on cover and a photograph of tomatoes with small circular gold labels lettered "PROVENCE". Articles on apprentices, guillotines, duotones, ink and other concerns to printers. There are advertisements for platemakers, cameras, films, paper, solvents and other printing equipment. A topless woman with calendar for August through October is a feature labelled "FOCUS / ON THE / FAIRER / SEX" in at least 1976 and 1977 (page 33). Magazine on p.1 proclaims itself "AUSTRALIA'S OLDEST ESTABLISHED NATIONAL PRINTING TRADES JOURNAL / ESTABLISHED TWENTY-EIGHT YEARS". b. Magazine entitled "AUSTRALASIAN / PRINTER / MAY 1977". Cover features two young women posing in bikinis and T-shirts marked "FRANKENTHAL / PRINTING / POWER" beside a new offset press which was installed at the West Australia Government Printing Office on 24 Feb 1977. It's first job was to print the 64-page WA Telephone Directory. Content of the magazine is similar to a. Issues of both these magazines were used by the business Distinctive Signs.
