CATALOGUE, Wi-Cal Advertising Foils

Catalogue for Wi-Cal self-adhesive, coloured, colourfully printed foils for use on buses, cars, trucks and any transport vehicles. The brightly coloured cover features a group waving from a white car and, alongside, a truck with a Wi-Cal poster of the same group and the lettering "WI-CAL". Inside the front cover is "WI-CAL / INSTANT ADVERTISING / ALWAYS ON ALL WAYS" and the second page reads "WI-CAL FOILS ARE INTERNATIONAL; / THE INSTANT WAY FOR ADVERTISING ON / ALL WAYS: ROADWAYS, TRAMWAYS, RAILWAYS, / RIGHT OF WAYS. JOIN US - / FOR A WI-CAL INTERNATIONAL TOUR: / FROM WUPPERTAL AROUND THE WORLD." The following pages depict Wi-Cal posters and signs on a variety of vehicles in many countries. Under a flap on the back cover is a range of the different coloured PVC and aluminium foils available. The book was used by Robert Purser in his business, Distinctive Signs.
