Bentwood, wood, dark brown, stained, high chair. Features circular, slightly concave seat top with round perforated star shaped design, fixed to the circular base with ten brass nails around the circumference. The high rounded back consists of two rounded cylindrical pieces of wood, one which continues down to form the back legs which taper out gradually to the bottom, the other fixed to it forms the circular hollow back rest. The 's' shaped curved arm rests continue down to form the front legs which taper out gradually to the bottom. The turned wood safety bar has circular snail shell-shaped knobs on each end which interlock with the arm rests. The four legs are joined by a circular stretcher a third of the way below the seat.
