Clear glass with cork stopper. Bottle is cylindrical in shape. Paper, wrap around label is brown and says 'CAUTION- NOT TO BE TAKEN/ THE LINIMENT/ TO BE USED AS DIRECTED/ [signature]/ SHAKE THE BOTTLE Date 16/6/....5/ Perth United Friendly Societies Medical Institute/ Subiaco Branch'. Print is in red and black ink. At the base there is 'A417' and a crown imprinted in the glass. Bottle contains just under 1/2 original contents and is yellow in colour.
