Oblong box with lid, made from brown cardboard printed in purple, stapled at corners. box lid (.1) and base (.2) labelled 'Regina/ Masters of fine Shoe Making'; on box it also notes 'FEATHERWEIGHT CONSTRUCTION' and has drawing of woman and man under street lamp light. Lid has Boans delivery label printed in red on white, and completed by hand in ink. Label dated 22.3.66, and contents are described as '1 Breeze Bonnet' which cost '2/6'. To be delivered to Strahan, 5 Pier Street, East Fremantle. On underside of base is a picture of the Regina factory in Osborne Park, as well as address, phone number and incomplete label box.
