HAIR CURLERS

Oblong box, printed in yellow, brown and gold, containing seven hair curlers. Box lid (-2) slides lengthwise at base (.1). Lid is printed 'THE QUEEN BESS/ HAIR CURLER/ MADE IN ENGLAND/ REGISD./ TRADE MARK' and on side 'FEATHERWEIGHT'. Instructions for use, with three illustrations, on back. Three of the curlers (.3-.5) are made of flattened metal, covered with woven cloth (brown). Each 11.2cm by .5cm. The remaining four curlers (.6-.9) are made from lengths of red plastic-covered wire, bent in half. Each curler is approximately 10cm by .5cm.
