LANCE BUCKET

Leather bucket, which attaches to the stirrup cron (left) to take butt of lance. Cup atttaches by means of a leather strap around top of cup. Strap marked 'HGRLD. 15'. Lance buckets were attached to both stirrups ('British Cavalry Equipments).
