Three copper 2 centimes coins. The design of these 3 coins is identical apart from their mintmarks. The obverse features a Laureate bust of Napoleon III facing left, encircled by dots; "NAPOLEON III EMPEREUR" is above between the dots and the coin edge, which has a border of dots and a smooth edge. The designer Mintmark 'BARRE' is below the bust. The reverse features the lettering 'EMPIRE FRANÇAIS * DEUX CENTIME *' within the pearled border, surrounding a Spread eagle facing right over rays.
[.1]&[.2] 1854. Mintmarks: Both have a 'Dog Head' and 'Pick & Shovel' on either side of the date on the obverse and a 'B' under the Eagle on the reverse.
[.3] 1855. Mintmarks: This coin has an 'Anchor' and 'Ancient Lamp' on either side of the date on the obverse and a 'W' under the Eagle on the reverse.
