SWORD KNOTS - 9

9 identical sword knots. Double plaited length of cord with ends enclosed in acorn shaped toggle. Round slide of same cord along length. Material is fine creamed coloured leather - could be chamois or Kidskin. Not in Army Dress Rego for 1901. Rank and service unknown. used to be attached to sword handle as wrist strap and to improve grip.
