Metal epee fencing sword with large hand guard and metal pistol grip. "P.I.W." written in blue marker and "W.A." written in black marker on padding. "Phil Williams W.A." written in black marker on inside of hand guard. Wiring coming out underneath padding in hand guard to attach cables to detemine electonically if sword hit. Cable running length of sword.
