"Elliot Power Factor Indicator / Single Phase". "28.6.34" noted on card screwed inside lid. The power factor indicator measures the alternating voltage and current and this, in turn, is determined by the type of equipment installed by a consumer. Penalty charges are levied if power factor is low.
