Used in the Scurlock Pharmacy. Body of scales painted cream. On top "Superior" raised on metal and painted red. On front transfer label (damaged): "SUPERIOR SCALE SERVICE / B9897 / 30 FRANCIS ST. PERTH / SCALES ADJUSTED AND REBUILT". Back scale graduated 1 - 10 lb, marked: "CAPACITY / 31LB x 2 Drams". Front scale graduated ounces 0 - 1 lb. Stamped : "J. WEDDERBURN / -MAKER- / PERTH, W.A. / M/C No. 56.
Part added 3 Feb 2012: 10lb metal weight, marked '=10LB', ' impressed '56' on reverse.
