A4 size, rectangular light brown with navy binding tape, slight watermarks on the back cover with paper folds and slight tear near bindings. Issued by the Public Works Department on behalf of R.J. Anketell, outlining the specifications for construction of the Number 3 Rabbit Proof Fence. Hand written notes in red pen occur throughout the document outlining changes to the plan and practical construction notes. Crafted from paper, material binding tape and metal staples. The front cover reads “WESTERN ASUTRALIA. / PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT/ RABBIT PROOF FENCING. /GENERAL SPECIFICATION. / 1906/ PERTH: / BY AUTHORITY: WM. ALFRED WATSON, GOVERNMENT PRINTER. / 1904.” Rabbit proof fencing booklet.
