Top semi-circle reads 'FAUNA CONSERVATION ACT' with a numbat motif. Bottom semi-circle reads 'WESTERN AUSTRALIA' with black swan motif. Plated metal rim. Sticky tape on front. Reverse: 'SHERIDAN/ WEST. AUST.', no fixing present.
