Black enamel background with silver finish text 'ADULT LITERACY/ WESTERN AUSTRALIA' encircling centre line drawing motif of an open book with tear drop shapes on either side representing hands and circle shape above book representing a head. Reverse: 'Sheridan/ Perth', no fixing.
