DOLL’S TEA SET, Porcelain, in box, Doris Erickson

1912 doll’s porcelain tea set with six matching white with gold floral edged cups and saucers, two matching small plates, teapot, sugar bowl and cream jug. Floral design apears to be acorns interspersed with leaves.

[1-6] Six small white porcelain teacups with gold floral edging around the top. All have '8' stamped in the base. One is missing the handle.
[7-12 ] Six small white porcelain circular saucers with gold floral edging and gold circle in the centre. All have '8' stamped underneath. One has slight brown discolouration near the floral edging.
[13-14] One small porcelain teapot with floral edging around the top near the lid. Also has gold stripe down the centre of the handle and around the top of the spout. Lid has a gold border around the outside.
[15] Small white porcelain milk jug with gold floral edging around the top. A gold line follows the curves down one side of the handle.
[16] One small white porcelain circular sugar bowl with gold floral edging. Bowl has double handles, one each side with a gold strip down one side of both handles.
[17-18] Two small sideplates, circular with slightly scalloped edges, and small handle on each side. Gold floral edging around outside and worked around each hadnle.
[19- 25] Set of 7 small beige plastic spoons.
[26] Small rectangular red cardbaord box. Worn at the edges and along join for the lid. An image, possibly cutout of a magazine or poster, has been attached to the top of the lid. Image shows drawing of a young girl's face, brown hair, blue eyes with a red ribbon in her hair looking off to viewers right and smiling. On the left side of the image is a full body drawing of the same girl in white tennis uniform about to serve a tennis ball. She is holding racket in her right hand and throwing ball up with the left.
