White girl's dress with broad broderie anglaise scalloped band at the hem and a panel down the front of the same fabric. The skirt has four pleats above the broiderie anglaise band. The neck and waist line are hand embroidered in white cotton thread in chain stitch. The boat neck is trimmed with lace and the cap sleeves have a trim of broiderie anglaise. The back is fastened with a drawstring at neck and waist.
