Small white china jug with gold rim around the lip and part of the handle. Wide based, with smaller neck and pouring lip. The handle extends above the lip. Black transfer image on the front face of a black swan on water between sprigs of native leaves. Motto 'CYCNIS INSIGNIS' below the swan. The image is enclosed by 2 circles between which are the words 'CENTENARY OF WESTERN AUSTRALIA 1929'. The reverse side has the following words in black: 'TO COMMEMORATE/THE CELEBRATION OF/WESTERN AUSTRALIA'S/FIRST CENTENARY/1829 TO 1929'. Jug marked on base with a crown and 'MADE IN ENGLAND'.
