Short black synthetic skirt with gathered elastic waist. Skirt is split to waist at both sides, with two white stripes down either side of split, and fastened with five plastic black press studes. Black label sewn to inside of waist, with details embroidered in orange "CHAIN REACTION/FOR GIRLS/14/100% POLYESTER/MADE IN CHINA." Care instructions on reverse of label. "COLD MACHINE WASH/DO NOT SOAK/DO NOT BLEACH/DRIP DRY ONLY/COLD IRON/DO NOT DRY CLEAN".
