Small booklet with tan cover. Printed in gold on the front cover "THE/COOLGARDIE/WATER/SUPPLY/Souvenir/OF THE/ Opening of the Works/BY/ SIR JOHN & LADY FORREST/ AT MUNDARING/ COOLGARDIE and/ KALGOORLIE/ 22nd & 24th JANUARY/ 1903." Inside of cover lined with pale brown paper with flower motif. Contains photographs of the Forrests, people at opening, the water scheme, and John Forrest's speece at opening. Page 7 of book has a typewritten introduction stating book is presented to (handwritten in black ink) "Master. A. Cameron" then in typescript "as a souvenir of the successful completion/of a Great and Beneficent Work." Pages are bound at centre point only with red thread.
