"The/Girls' Friendly Society/MEMBERS' GUIDE/5,000 July, 1915". Book contains rules, advice, receipts for membership payments. Member name, date of enrolement and address (Boulder) is on second page, including date of admission as member "2-9-13".

(.2) Description is as above, except publication date on front page is "April, 1911".
