Postcard - cartoon image of black and white toddlers playing in ocean. Caption at top in black, "Just a Line from MELBOURNE". In bottom corner in black "Just dive beneath/These little chaps and you/Will see full many/A lovely local view." There is a flap cut out of the card and when lifted there is concertina-folded piece of paper which can be pulled out, with various black and white images of Melbourne. Message on reverse of card in pencil. "You will see I have/got to/Melbourne/Am now/in the/train on/my way/to Adelaide/...[next few sentences illegible]...Love to all/Patty".
