A4 size ticket of leave, for William Douglas registration number 9717, dated 12 January (?), month is barely visible, 1873, and signed by Acting Comptroller General in Perth. Document lists conditions of ticket of leave and dates of employment, district and names of employers on front page. Reverse lists personal details of William Douglas. "Age", "Height", "Hair" and "Eyes" illegible.
"Visage Oval/ Complexion Fresh/ Appearance Stout/ Single, Married or Widower}Married/ Number of children One/ marks Scar between 3rd + 4th fingers/ of hand - cut [illegible] side/ of forehead.'
