Aluminium shoe tree. Aluminium cast of forefoot of shoe with 2-piece retractable rod rivetted to forefoot. Rod attached to forefoot is threaded. Second rod is hinged to a ring around the threaded section, and can be moved back and forth to fit individual shoe size. Half-oval metal piece rivetted at heel end. Exterior of forefoot engraved 'WILDSMITH/ 41 DUKE ST./ ST. JAME'S/ LONDON S.W.1'. Interior of forefoot engraved 'MADE/ IN/ ENGLAND/ 9 x 10/ M'.
