DEPTHING TOOL IN BOX
H1995.925
Used for correct depthing or engagement of wheel and pinion teeth and escapements. These are balanced on the depthing tool and gauged before planting in the watch plates. The distance is measured and transferred to the watch plate. The tool is bronze and is held in a velvet lined orange box. The box has '60 MM' on the lid.
