TELEGRAM

H1995.222

Telegram sent London to Perth from businessman Claude A. de Bernales to his son-in-law Faye. The telegram message has been communicated in code and signed off 'FATHER'. The telegram features a map of the world displaying communication lines offered by 'THE EASTERN EXTENSION AUSTRALASIA AND CHINA TELEGRAPH COMPANY, LIMITED'. The letterhead and map are printed in red, while the message has been typed with purple ink. It is likely that the telegram deciphered would communicate some financial dealing.
