SAFETY RAZOR, Wilkinson Sword

Chromed metal box, oblong, with hinged lid, containing safety razor, spare parts and instructions. Box (.1) is lined with blue velvet and has a card pressed into lid underside printed in red and grey ink on blade 'WILKINSON/ RAZOR' underlaid with symbol of two swords, crossed. Razor (.2) is also chromed and has grooved handle and pivoting head. Blades can be changed or sharpened on the strap (.3), which consists of a leather strap rolled for storage and secured in metal clasp. The set includes an oblong chromed case for spare blades (.4), a spare blade in paper (.5), general instruction leaflet printed in black and red on white (.6), instructions for use of strap printed in red and blue on white (.7), and paper cover for black printed in red and black on white (.8)' Inscribed on (.2) 'WILKINSON/ MADE IN ENGLAND'.
