The title of the pamphlet is 'Waterside Workers / Award of 7/3/32 as varied by order of 14/6/32' and issued by the Commonwealth Steamship Owners' Association. The booklet covers all aspects of pay, including holidays, smoke-ohs etc. There are also special criteria for handling dangerous cargoes and coal, and sections devoted to the conditions of labour, customs, officers and boards of reference. The booklet applies to any worker of any port in Australia as long as they belong to the Waterside Workers' Federation. 24 pages long.
