Pamphlet is entitled 'Waterside Workers' Federation / of Australia / Rules and Regulations / of the / Committee of Management'. These were adopted in November of 1925. There is an index at the back, and the pamphlet covers such matters as: constitution, admission, ballots, government of the organisation, conferences, officers, funds, auditors industrial agreements, penalties etc. This particular pamphlet was given to the Fremantle Branch Secretary, R.I. Inkster 17/7/1980 by Leslie Pusey.
